Originally launched in 1939, the PH Luna was known as a ‘Night Stand Lamp’, a name given to the small table lamp by its designer, Poul Henningsen. Published by Louis Poulsen, the PH 2/2 Luna is based on the principle of a set of reflective shades that direct most of the light downwards. The shades are composed of three layers of blown opalised glass, polished on the outside and sandblasted on the inside, which emit a soft, diffused light. With its lacquered burnished brass frame, the table lamp will retain its unique look and character.
