The new version of the Gräshoppa lamp, added to the GUBI collection and designed by Greta M. Grossman, revisits the architect’s original design with an elongated lampshade in natural canvas. Inspired by archival photographs of an early prototype, this edition brings a new material dimension to this icon of lighting – while retaining its distinctive angular stem and round base in polished brass. Designed to harmonize the lines and curves of the original model, the elongated lampshade diffuses a wider and softer light, and can be oriented according to the desired atmosphere, making this lamp an ideal companion for reading. With its soft ambient glow, the lamp introduces warmth and shades into the room, completing any interior.
