In 1949, Charles and Ray Eames created a new multifunctional shelving and desk system based on the principles of construction and furnishing of their home, and in which the structure was strictly based on the principles of mass production. Eames Desk Unit is a small desk with a timeless, industrial look. Produced by Vitra, lacquered wooden panels give warmth to steel elements. Small in size, it is ideal for a bedrooms or libraries.
