Designer duo Kay + Stemmer have designed a new version of the Edith and Agnes shelves by producer SCP. Maude is a low storage unit with two shelves, in a longer version, ideal for horizontal wall spaces, or as a room divider. Available in oak or walnut, the structure is made of solid wood and the shelves are finished in veneered wood. No assembly is necessary – Maude is delivered fully assembled. This shelf has the characteristics of a classic shelf. The edges are rounded, and the shape is slightly conical towards the top and perfectly proportioned. The result is a low, visually soft shelf that retains the sleek and warm aesthetics of its material.
