Rio was originally designed by Charlotte Perriand in 1962 for a private home in Brazil. Cassina later reissued it and presents us with this spectacular coffee table built from six sections of different radii in marble or rattan with a wooden outer edge. Six legs made from the same wood form the base of the table. With its round and asymmetrical shape, the Rio table seduces by its originality and represents one of the designer’s most poetic creations.
