Designed by Sami Kallio for And Tradition, the In Between table is a blend of traditional craftsmanship, involving compression moulding and woodturning as well as innovative veneering techniques. As such, it is a tribute to Kallio’s Nordic heritage and training in woodworking, as well as his modern sense of Scandinavian simplicity. As part of his “Between Gaps” series, the designer proposes to explore the correlation between an object and its environment. Designed to accompany the chairs in the same collection, the table In Between also pairs easily with any style of chair. The In Between table by And Tradition is available in round or rectangular versions and in several sizes.
