Homage To Mondrian is a collection of storage furniture inspired by the abstract world of the Dutch painter Piet Mondrian. Imagined by the designer Shiro Kuramata and edited by Cappellini, these design bahuts are distinguished by their facades punctuated with lacquered doors and drawers, echoing the emblematic graphic codes of the painter. Mounted on rubber wheels, they combine mobility and functionality while asserting a strong visual presence. True pieces of character, they structure the space and impose their identity in a living room as in an office. Inside, niches and drawers allow to organize and conceal everyday objects, leaving room for an aesthetic composition close to the work of art. The models are available in two colors: PC_18 (white/red/blue/yellow) and PC_19 (white/yellow).
