Designed by Simon Legald, the Pine series of small tables expresses both a strong and typically Nordic link to the concrete and the earth and a very avant-garde form of expression. The design of these tables made of solid pine is both expressive and sculptural. Having chosen to make this series in pine also gives an indication of their design. The light parts of the wood add an organic note to the tables and their playful shape gives new life to this often neglected wood. The Pine table from Normann Copenhagen is available in two sizes, each of which can be used as a console or side table, or together, creating a unique composition.
