Edited by Marset, Bohemia is a striking and distinctive pendant light distinguished by its remarkable luminosity, which never fails to surprise. At first glance, one might assume it is made of blown glass, yet its scale makes this impossible. Designer Joan Gaspar takes on this material challenge by using polycarbonate instead. The Bohemia pendant features an organic, translucent profile and brings together two volumes within a single form. The result is a large, coloured shade that does not interfere with the white interior, allowing for perfectly controlled illumination. When switched on, the Bohemia pendant casts a crisp white light downwards while also subtly lighting up the shade itself, creating a refined interplay of colour and shadow.
