An icon of 20th century design, Eileen Gray was a designer who also owned her own workshop where rugs were made based on her sketches. Several of these 100% pure wool masterpieces have been reissued by Classicon. All textiles used are hand-knotted and made with great care and unbeaten quality, with a density of 80 knots per square inch. The Castellar rug features a geometric pattern and is inspired by the radiant light of the South where Eileen Gray built her country house.
