The minimalist PK61A coffee table was created by designer Poul Kjaerholm for Fritz Hansen. This perfectly proportioned table can considered as a designer’s manifesto, and highlights Poul Kjaerholm’s evolution from industrial designer to furniture designer. The structure provides its unique design, made using four identical components connected by machine screws. Placed simply on the frame, the removable top attests to the designer’s trademark principle of using gravity to hold the components in place. The PK61 top is available in glass, granite, and marble to suit all living room styles. The base is made of satin stainless steel.
