Description
Belgian architect Vincent van Duysen created a series of pots for the brand When Objects Work. Each of the pieces in the Pottery collection is made up of two elements, combining a ceramic container and a sandblasted oak lid. These smooth, understated pots are almost archetypal; drawn from the abstract world towards the physical. Pottery containers are delicate objects that beg to be touched thanks to their sleek and perfect shapes and details. Curvature and contour remain the same throughout, while diameter and height vary. In collaboration with When Objects Work, architect Vincent van Duysen designed these sleek, refined wooden and ceramic bowls as decorative objects intended to work in perfect harmony with your kitchen or dining room table.
