Published by Frandsen, the Butterfly lamp is made up of three superimposed half-domes. The spherical shapes of the half-domes create an interaction between the round lines of the lamp. The upper dome features discreet holes that allow the soft light to spread upwards, while the dark surface of the lower dome diffuses an atmospheric and evocative soft light, making Butterfly an ideal light for a variety of environments. The Butterfly lamp comes in a range of colours, all inspired by natural materials such as the colours of tree leaves and reeds by a lake. The colours are matt, giving the lamps a soft, welcoming look.
